What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer free shipping to the continental U.S, excluding G&Co. wholesale orders. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing and preparation.

What is your return policy?

If you find that you have received your earrings, and they just aren’t working for you, we will accept returns within the first 14 days after arrival to you. Email us at gandco20@gmail.com within that 14 day period and we can proceed with the return process.

My earrings broke. What should I do?

If your earrings have broken within the first 14 days of receiving them due to a design flaw, we will be more than happy to replace and/or repair your specified earrings for free. If for some reason your earrings break after the 14 day period previously mentioned, a small amount of super glue functions as a sustainable cohesive.

How durable are Polymer Clay earrings?

Polymer Clay is very durable but it is not indestructible. When properly cared for, your earrings will prove to be long lasting. Keep your earrings stored in your G&Co. box or in a safe/out of reach place. Your earrings are slightly flexible which means the curing process was successful, and the flexibility helps with breakage. While we bend and flex our products for quality purposes, we suggest not bending your earrings any further once purchased.

How heavy are Polymer Clay earrings?

While some of our earrings may look heavy, we assure you they are not. They are very lightweight and convenient for all day wear.

How do i clean my earrings?

You may occasionally find that make up, lint, and other minor components from wear, have found their way onto your earrings. The best way to clean your earrings is with a small amount of nail polish remover. Gently use a cotton ball or cotton pad along with your nail polish remover, and your earrings will be restored.
